Opened in 1997, the 9 hole course features soft rolling terrain (easy walking) with water hazards coming into play on four holes. Additionally, there are 17 silica sand bunkers throughout the course.
The course sets up with four par 3's, four par 4's and one par 5. The par for the course is 33: each hole is distinguished with tree lines thus emphasizing a premium on straight tee shots.
The feature hole is the ninth - a par 5 measuring 510 yards from the blue tees. A straight tee shot down the middle will reward the player while avoiding the out of bounds left and the spur bunker to the right. Then, the player has a choice of going for the green in two or decide to lay up by the dogleg.
After the round, players may choose to have a light meal and beverage on the patio in the Luxor Creek Cantina.
